Effective January 1, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is requiring hospitals to make standard charges public. CMS issued a final rule on November 15, 2019 that provides the details related to the required information. Hospitals are expected to update this information at least annually or more often as appropriate, to reflect current charges. Note the standard charges provided may not accurately reflect what any given individual is likely to pay for a particular service, as this will be dependent upon your insurance coverage and the terms of the insurance plan. You should check with your insurance coverage to determine if you will have, any out of pocket costs. Note, some charges may be subject to change during the year without notice and the timing of updates may affect the posted charges on this site.
Note that other healthcare providers who may separately bill the patient may provide some services in our hospital and that provider may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as our hospital.
For general billing inquiries, to request an itemized bill, or to pay a bill, contact our Business Office at (405) 739-0800. If you need financial assistance related to an outstanding balance due, please contact our Business Office at (405) 739-0800.
Shoppable Services
As of January 1, 2021, The Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) requires that all hospitals provide a list of their “shoppable services.” CMS has defined a “shoppable service” as a service package that can be scheduled by a health care consumer in advance. Shoppable services are typically those that are routinely provided in non-urgent situations that do not require immediate action or attention to the patient, thus allowing patients to price shop and schedule a service at a time that is convenient for them.

Inspire Specialty Hospital does not provide any services that can be scheduled in advance. Please refer to Inspire Specialty Hospital‘s list of standard charges for charges related to those items and services provided to patients admitted as an inpatient to Inspire Specialty Hospital.
Requesting an Estimate
Hospital prices are complex. Some prices may change. These lists do not represent what you will pay for healthcare services. Each patient may receive a unique set of items and services based on their individual needs, making it difficult to estimate your out-of-pocket costs. Your out-of-pocket costs may vary based on your health insurance plan, applicable deductible, coinsurance, copayments, and benefit limits. We recommend that you contact your health insurance provider if you have specific questions about the out-of-pocket costs under your health insurance plan.
Patients seeking a more accurate view of the potential costs of their care may request an estimate of anticipated charges by contacting us at 405-739-0800.
If you are not covered by health insurance, we encourage you to contact the hospital at the hospital number listed above to determine if you qualify for discounts and discuss payment options prior to receiving health care services from Inspire Specialty Hospital.
